You’ll need

  • 1kg chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1/2 bottle Mango Vice (about 75ml)

Make it

  1. Add the chicken to a bowl or zip-lock bag and coat with Mango Vice.
  2. Marinate for 10–30 minutes.
  3. Grill, fry or bake over medium-high heat until cooked through and nicely charred. Rest briefly, then serve.

  • Red onion

  1. Add the steak cubes to a bowl or zip-lock bag and coat with Mango Vice.
  2. Marinate for 10–30 minutes, then thread the steak, peppers and red onion onto skewers.
  3. Grill over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely charred. Serve straight up.
